23.01.2022 Robyn Powell has won the 2020 Women's Triple Challenge with a total score of 131 points over the three rounds. Robyn won on a countback from Runner-Up Christa Louw, who also had 131 points, but Robyn's strong finish in today's stroke event got her the title. Thanks to Margarett Betts who has donated the Trophy and organises the Women's Triple Challenge event.

19.01.2022 Its been a big week for Kevie!! KR Smith was voted in as our newest Life Member at the AGM last Sunday. And to top his week off, he shot his 7th Hole in One at Mount Coolum yesterday in our Thursday Competition - yep 7th! Witnesses say Kev was very nonchalant after scoring the Ace. And I guess you can be when it is your third Hole in One on the same hole! We need to make the 16th harder for him I think.... Top work Kevie!!

06.01.2022 Please come and enjoy an evening of great food and company, for what will be the last night of dining at Mount Coolum Golf Club for 2020. Our traditional Christmas Raffles will be drawn on the night, in addition to the regular Friday Night Raffles and Members Draw. If the Members Draw is not won this week, it will be up to $900 next week! To ensure that we are not forced to turn anyone away on the night, this function will be a pre-paid event. Please drop in to the office or give us a call to secure your table. Numbers are limited, so get in quick!

03.01.2022 The MCGC Wine Club launches next Friday 4th December, with a free tasting event, and you are invited! Five quality wines have been hand-picked for the December-January period, and all will be available for tasting on the night. These wines will be offered to MCGC members, guests and friends to pre-order, and collect the following week from Thursday afternoon. There is no commitment to buy. You simply taste the wines at our free tasting event, and order what you like. The...re is a minimum of two (2) bottles per wine you wish to order, and orders of six (6) bottles or more will come with a 10% discount. To view tasting notes for each of the five wines, or to download an Order Form, visit www.mtcoolumgolf.com The selection of wines offered through the MCGC will generally not be from our wine list. They are hand-picked for you to take home, or to your favourite BYO. A new batch of wines will be available every two (2) months, and another Tasting event will be held in early February. Can’t make it on Friday 4th? Gary and the team in the bar will have some samples available for a little while after the Tasting event so ask for a sample, and order if you like them! Orders for these wines can be placed at any time through until the end of January. Orders will be collated each Monday, and delivered to MCGC for collection from Thursday afternoon.
