24.01.2022 Happy Mount Towrong Workiversary to Sara! We’ve had the privilege of working with Sara for a year now. You can find Sara serving your table on the floor, or making your coffee behind the machine. During the week Sara is studying hard to complete her Bachelor of Professional Communications majoring in Journalism. She also runs with the Macedon Ranges Running Group, training to run a half-marathon! ... Sara says her favourite aspect of Mount Towrong is the family orientated work environment and the beautiful people [she] gets to meet. Sara’s favourite Mount Towrong wine is the Giovanni! Recently we have also loved how Sara takes the table displays to the next level, coming up with beautiful arrangements for each table every morning, sometimes bringing in flowers she has found at home! 17.01.2022 Mount Towrong Vineyard is small family owned and operated vineyard nestled in the Macedon Ranges in Victoria. You can expect a focus on Italian varietals such as Fiano and Nebbiolo, as well as the more well known Macedon Ranges varieties like Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Our wines are made with low intervention and the use of sulphites are kept to a minimum. Our Cellar Door offers a carefully thought out environment coupled with breathtaking views of the local landscapes for an intimate way to experience our wines, perfectly matched with exceptional local produce.
