19.01.2022 This is the stuffing that I am using for my chook. It has chopped onions, tomato, bacon, salt and pepper and an egg. Add oregano and parsley flakes and mix it all together. You then put this inside the chook until it is filled. Cover with a slice of bread and you can tooth pick the skin together and then you cook it.
18.01.2022 Hello all. I am just showing you how to use cornflakes as crumbs on chicken drumsticks. You crush the cornflakes and put the eggs with salt and pepper together with a little milk. In the cornflakes you can add any types of seasoning you like. Such as garlic flakes, salt and pepper. You dunk the drumstick into the egg mix. Completely cover it then put into the cornflakes crumb mix. If you wish for more covering then redo this process. I added some mashed potat...o and pumpkin, some honey carrots and creamy mushrooms. With the creamy mushrooms all you do is put a little margarine into the frying pan. Add mushrooms and brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix and then pour some cream into the mix. Cook for a few minutes to reduce the liquid. This is really beautiful. Also made gravy to that. It is absolutely delicious. Enjoy. See more

15.01.2022 Well this is my potato salad that I am preparing for Christmas. First you finely chop a small onion, chop cucumbers from the bottle, add some salt and pepper, some mayonnaise and a bit of cream. Once the potatoes are boiled you peel them and then chop them in chunks and mix through the mixture. Leave stand so that the access moisture is absorbed into the potatoes. You can add small pieces of bacon fried off. As well as that you can also add boiled eggs into it to... to give it more flavour.
10.01.2022 Well this is my ox liver, bacon and gravy recipe. First when you get your liver put it in to a bowl and soak in milk for about a half an hour to an hour. Drain off milk and use towelling to remove milk from liver. Slice your liver. I did mine large but smaller is better. Roll them in either corn flour or if you don't have any in plain flour. Deep fry the individual pieces until crusty. Do all the liver. Then chop up the bacon, add salt, pepper and crushed garlic for flavouring. Cook with bacon for about 5 minutes or so. Make up some gravy and add to the bacon. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add in the crispy pieces of liver, mix well together and cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes until all is mixed. Then it is ready to eat. Eat on its own or with a couple pieces of fresh buttered bread.
