24.01.2022 Oh dear, I just reread last post and that photo was meant as just a funny pic to add to our post, not to rub it in to Metro Melbourne and your restrictions! Most of our staff (including me!) live in metro melbourne aswell. It does feel like we have to poop in a box through.. sorry this is why I shouldn’t be on Facebook ! Kate x

10.01.2022 Strap in everyone, here we go again. Unfortunately we have had to revert back to pets only in the clinic. It really was nice to have people in the clinic to talk to you directly about your pets care. Communication is sooo much easier that way. However, for your protection and ours, here we go... 1. We are still open. Routine yearly vaccinations and nail trims etc may be rescheduled. We’ll call you if you have an existing appointment we need to reschedule. ... 2. Call to make an appointment. If you are self isolating or unwell for any reason please tell us and we can work out a solution for you. 3. Call us when you arrive at the clinic for your appointment, and we’ll talk you through the rest. Basically when we’re ready for your pet, you bring them to the door and we’ll take them in. You go back to warm car and stay in the carpark (most important!) , and we’ll call you from inside the clinic. This may be from a private number. 4. Please order medication early, at least 3 days before you run out. 7 days if it’s a compounded medication. 5. We can deliver food/supplies/medication 2-3 times next week. This is to cater for people who would prefer to stay at home for health reasons or if you are self isolating. Or anyone else for that matter, it’s easy. It’s contactless and no charge. For ordering please call or email the clinic with a few days lead time. 6. Masks, 1.5 m social distancing. No explanations needed. 7. SMS appointment reminders nearly up and running... Please stay safe and well. We know this is a stressful time for everyone, so please let us know if there is anything you need. We appreciate your loyalty and patience, as always. We really are very lucky to have such excellent clients.

05.01.2022 Dear clients, We have had a recent query about changes to regional Victorian restrictions possibly affecting clients. The DHHS has confirmed this morning that existing clients can still come to the clinic from metropolitan Melbourne. It can only be for appointments which are of an urgent nature, ie it would be bad for the patient if visit was delayed. (i.e. not nail trims or annual vaccination etc)... As previous, we will send you an email before your appointment so you can show police if you happen to get pulled up. It is up to the discretion of the individual police officer , however this is the current information from DHHS. You must not stop anywhere else in regional Victoria when in transit. You must go straight to clinic then return to metro Melbourne. Regional Victoria starts at Coombs Rd in Kinglake West if coming from Whittlesea. Similarly it starts at roundabout before Kinglake shops if coming from St Andrews direction. As in all Victoria, masks are still mandatory unless you have an exemption. Everyone has been doing a great job and doing the right thing. We really appreciate it. Thanks so much for your support, help and understanding while we get all through this.
