24.01.2022 Hi all, The River Run Farm will be open for work tomorrow on FRIDAY 13TH DEC. The hours for tomorrow will be 6am to 3pm again, with a 9am morning tea and a 12.30pm lunch. Tabulam Packing Shed and Sunrise Village: Work is expected to go on as normal, as per your instructions from management. ... 24.01.2022 Please disregard the last post there will now be no work at the River Run Farm tomorrow, TUESDAY 10TH DEC. Due to the advice of the RFS, we will not open the River Run site for work tomorrow. As is the case with these fires, it is unknown at this stage as to whether it will be safe to work on Wednesday. We will keep you informed with updates when information comes to light. Tabulam Packing Shed and Sunrise Village: Work is expected to go on as normal, as per your instructio...ns from management. 23.01.2022 Harvest Update! With our first couple of picking days already complete, we are very excited about our upcoming season! With the current situation regarding COVID-19, please note that Mountain Blue has strict precautions in place across all sites. We are only employing a few workers right now this is mostly locals and returning employees... We have a list of workers ready to take the new spots up until July/August if you are looking for work, please keep this in mind Please DO NOT move to the Tabulam area until you have a job offer! Mountain Blue has COVID-19 Screening which needs to be undertaken BEFORE you move to the area Mountain Blue will need to organise your accommodation on your behalf this will only be done for approved applicants There will be no parties, no swapping of roles at different sites and strict rules on site if you are not willing to follow the rules, DO NOT APPLY If you move to the area before you have a job offer, please understand that we will NOT be employing you. We need to be strict to ensure we can keep our farm and our community as safe as possible. We will be opening our Expressions of Interest form for harvest SOON!



19.01.2022 Mountain Blue remains open and operational with hopes to continue on with our 2020 Harvest as normal. Our first fruit will hopefully be picked in May, with the season picking up around July/August and going through to December. We will continue to follow Government guidelines with this ever-changing situation. Mountain Blue are encouraging employees and management to work together to find appropriate solutions for lessening the risks for our current situation. This may includ...e taking different forms of leave, working from home, or taking extra precautions in the workplace. We are already enforcing many new measures in the workplace to make it as safe as possible. Please note, this includes no visitors to our work sites. For any inquiries, please shoot us a message, keeping in mind that we can only make decisions based on the day to day information we have.

18.01.2022 River Run: Tuesday 10th December 2019 Work will commence at 6am, with the likely potential that work will conclude by 12pm. This will be due to the forecast temperature tomorrow and therefore the potentially increased fire risk. However, conditions will continue to be monitored with any changes to working times implemented as necessary. Packing Shed/Sunrise Village: Work is expected to go on as normal, as per your instructions from management. ... If there are changes to conditions over night, and the farm is not able to operate, Management will contact you to ensure you do not attend work. If you do not feel comfortable attending work tomorrow, please stay at home or wherever is safe. Please still notify MB of your absence as normal. This will ensure that we know that you are safe. 04.01.2022 Update for FRIDAY 14th FEBRUARY: Due to the dangerous conditions caused by this rainfall, a decision has been made to close the River Run Farm for work tomorrow. Unless stated here otherwise, work will resume on Monday but all employees are requested to take care when driving, and only to travel if it is safe to do so.

The successful applicant will ideally be employed long term with Mountain Blue, therefore this position is only open to Australian or New Zealand citizens or residents.... 01.01.2022 Caravan Park Seasonal Position (Tabulam NSW 2469) The Mountain Blue Group seeks a professional and experienced contractor to manage the Sunrise Village Accommodation Site which provides accommodation for our blueberry farm workers. Sunrise Village hosts 179 guests at full capacity who are housed in caravan style accommodation with a mix of single and bunks beds. The facility has a shared kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities along with a large, undercover common area.... You will be required to cover office reception operations, site bookings, amenities cleaning, ground maintenance, asset maintenance and guest services. Ideally, the contractor will have a two-member team. This management team will hire and manage other support staff as needed. The management team will ensure the accommodation site is kept to a high standard and that the guests are provided with a positive and safe environment. Our desired contractor will be proactive, experienced and have a solution-orientated management style and is available to manage the facility as early as June and till the end of our harvest season in December. A regular, returning opportunity exists for the successful contractor. Required: Accommodation management experience, preferably in a caravan park Ability to live onsite, sharing responsibilities to ensure coverage 7 days/week, 24 hours/day Ability to liaise with external shareholders in a professional manner Well-developed oral and written communication along with interpersonal skills A demonstrated ability to relate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds Experience in budget development, general book-keeping and administrative tasks Package: Negotiable. Basic onsite accommodation for the management team is provided as part of the contract along with a laptop, mobile phone of which must be returned at the end of the contract.
