23.01.2022 DUEL RELEASE DAY First up we have a new release Heavisaurus, 9.3%, NEIPA our biggest NEIPA ever! (Minus Cheers! of course but we’re ignoring that to give the Heavisaurus release a bit more pizzaz!) It’s getting canned as I type, and all I can hear from the office is the canning guys yelling, "F&^K this is SO GOOD!" High praise indeed.... Next up we have a re-brew of one of our most popular Oat Creams IPAs MSG, 6.9%, Oat Cream IPA Packed with Mosaic, Simcoe and Galaxy and recently named Top Pick in @beerandbrewer Awards! Mixed 4-packs available but get in quick! Reminder: Delivery available Aus wide. Also, our designer is sick so this is old can art for both cans - Heavisurus is definitely 9.3%ABV and MSG is 6.9%ABV

21.01.2022 True to our marketing prowess, here is a picture that has absolutely nothing to do with the product we make and sell. Nor is it anything to do with tomorrow's release. But! I assure you, tomorrow at 12pm we are releasing: DREAMATORIUM OAT CREAM IPA 7.2%ABV This one is like Hill People Milk and Hypehop had a baby. The creaminess of the oats, lactose and Sabro hops play really well with the citrus, passionfruit and grapefruit of the Riwaka and Galaxy hops. It is ... IMPORTANT: we are actually canning it Friday so while it will be available online on Thursday, it will be available in the brewery on Friday. 20.01.2022 Get ready to release the doves because at 12pm TODAY, Hill People Milk and Daily Dose go on sale! Thanks to persistent badgery, we rebrewed our OG oat cream, HPM, and it's just as lush and creamy as the first batch. This time though, you get 30% extra label all for free. (If you know, you know.) Then there's Daily Dose, which doesn't actually contain sweet potatoes, I just can't find a passionfruit emoji to represent how passionfruity this gose is. It's a bit tart, qui...te tropical and very gose. AND... see that stubby holder? That can ALSO be yours! Because your beer does so much for you, isn't it time you gave it a gift? The gift of a cool jacket? Yes. Everything available today at 12pm online, and at the brewpub maybe a bit later depending on how canning goes, both on tap and in cans. Remember: brewpub now open for full dine-in experience on Thursdays!

Available online at 12pm, and in the brewery Friday as we will be up at sparrows to can it. 13.01.2022 THURS 12/11 RELEASE @ 12PM On the beer menu today we have Mad Love NEIPA 7.2%. Got lots of passionfruit from Strata hops and haze. On the 'Didn't know I needed that menu' is our new cooler bags, important for keeping beer cold.

05.01.2022 NEW RELEASE: INSTANT CRUSH DDH IPA 6%ABV Instant crush is, I'm fairly certain, how DJ summed me up in the group chat after our first date.* I'm fairly certain he also used the words "amazing", "juicy", and "smashable", which, in a wonderful coincidence, is also how I would describe this beer. Full of mango, pineapple and other tropical fruits with low bitterness...I'm pissed off at DJ cos this is my kind of beer and he only did a single batch and explicitly told me I'm n...ot allowed to take any home. Available online and in taproom now. *I don't have the receipts.

04.01.2022 Over the weekend, commonly made up of Saturday and Sunday, DJ and Luke from Mudgee's Spencer Cocoa made a beer! Besides the usual beer ingredients, they also added kilos of Luke's specially-roasted-for-us cocoa nibs and 10kg of my mother's vanilla sponge cake. (Minus the chunk that's missing. That was DJ. He got hungry.) Here's where things get KraZY though...it is NOT going to be for a dark beer Few have dared to attempt to brew this so yes, the risk is it might suck, but I don't think so from the way the brewhouse is smelling Avail 8th Dec with some other specialties!

04.01.2022 We are brewing an old school lager so @voyager_craft_malt sent us special under modified malt to do a decoction mash with - a traditional German mashing technique where a third of the mash is boiled. This little baby will be out at Christmas as our gift to you!

03.01.2022 Well here's some unexpected good news for your Friday! We received 3 x cases of Take A Hike NEIPA, our collab with @rangebrewing, which we weren't expecting! So not only can you come in and get it fresh off tap, but you can takeaway. So see you soon yeah?! Limit 1 can per customer.
