18.01.2022 Axis Performance is a strength and conditioning facility and theyve put together a Prepare to Perform program for athletes returning to sport. Click on the link for more details but to summarise its a 6 week program with 6 days of programming per week to prepare athletes to return to sport. Its suitable for junior and senior athletes and costs a one-off payment of $19.95 with no lock in contracts. The ugly truth is that in most cases you only get out what youre willing to put in, in other words you play the way you train. Be the player to run on individual integrity. This means total accountability, and by actions not words. Be early to training, be the last to leave. Be willing to put up a few extra practice shots, do a few extra stretches or run through a few of your team structures. Many athletes fail when they rely purely on their talent. The Active Kids Grants are intended to support and encourage young Australians into sports participat...ion, by acquiring equipment, kit and uniforms. The grants will be focusing on volunteer run grassroots and community clubs with junior members aged under 20, with priority given to clubs in disadvantaged and/or rural communities.
