16.01.2022 Great news today that we can return to pilates classes from 13 June! I will release a revised timetable direct to your email in the coming days. Due to restrictions there will be a cap on large group class sizes - up to 10 people as we start back up. Also due to family commitments I will be cutting back on my instructing schedule... so some classes unfortunately wont return to the timetable. I look forward to seeing you soon!!

02.01.2022 Who needs Pilates soon? Im patiently waiting for the government to announce reopenings of indoor training for our group matwork classes again. We may have to ease back in with smaller groups to start though... I miss you! I understand loss of motivation and comfort eating is real. If youve lost your motivation.... Id like to encourage you to start to do the following things. 1. Do 10 gentle squats every time you wait for the kettle to boil. 2. About half an hour after di...nner lie on you lounge room floor and stretch your hamstrings, gluts and thighs. Then add in your hundreds, cat/cows and a childs pose. 10 pushups and triceps circles will start to strengthen your upper body. 3. Get outdoors and walk a lot in the fresh air. 4. Be kind to yourself... we are coping with a global pandemic and so many changes all at once. Stay safe... I cant wait to see you again!!
