25.01.2022 Have you tried our Coral Tooth mushroom yet? . The form is exquisite, it truly looks like something growing on a coral reef . The Coral Tooth (Hericium Coralloides) is a native Australian mushroom in the same family as the more well known Lion's Mane (Hericium Erinaceus) It can be found in the rainforests of South East Queensland - Mount Glorious, Springbrook National Park and Mary Cairncross Reserve are all good places you might find it growing in the wild.... . It's fast becoming a favourite of our chef customers for its bold flavour and delicate crisp texture. This is one not to be missed! See more

We will have a gorgeous range of our best on board, including oysters, coral tooth, lions mane and chestnuts (for the first time, very limited supply ) The team here at Mountaintop want to wish all our customers a Happy New Year and thank you all for your ongoing support! Coral Tooth, an Australian Native, is a mushroom like no other! Get in early tomorrow morning to try one of these beauties for yourself! . Its been a wonderful week here at the farm, with a record harvest! We are settling into our new growing space and seeing some amazing results! Indoor shopping might seem more appealing this weekend but theres a bunch of farmers and producers out there growing amazing produce who need your support. The days are starting to warm up so it won't be long until the colourful ones are back in the mix! The Crispy @mountaintop_mushrooms is an absolute show stopper and has all our staff running back for more! Lightly battered, topped with Szechuan salt and served with @_little_white_goat_cheese ranch dip and a house-made Korean chilli sauce. Oh, man! It is something else!!
