18.01.2022 Tomorrow football and netball return to Mt Burr for 2020! The day starts at 10.00am for our netball and 10.45am for our football as we don't have an Under 11 side this season. BBQ, canteen, Can Hill and coffee are all available during the day so you will be well fed and hydrated! Entry is $2 for all adults, children free. Please observe all signs and social distancing requirements to ensure the safety of all our players and patrons. No one other than coaches, trainers and pla...yers are allowed into the changerooms, and we ask that no spectators are to approach the player's huddle during quarter breaks. Kick-to-kick is permitted during quarter breaks within the 50m arcs. There will be dine-in and takeaway teas available (regular Thursday night menu) from around 5.00pm, we would love to catch up with you all again so hope you can make a day and evening of it. Hell it's good out here!

18.01.2022 Congratulations to our Senior Colts team on making it to the Grand Final! It's been a different season, but they have played well enough to have a crack against Kongorong at Tantanoola at 12pm this Saturday. Come along and cheer on the boys to help them secure back-to-back premierships. Supporters are also welcome to come along to their last training tonight at 6pm, with teas available in the club after training. Also on Saturday there will be presentations at the club for Junior and Senior Colts from 4.30pm with teas available afterwards. It's all happening at the right end of the season! Go the Mozzies!

17.01.2022 Unfortunately the boys didn’t come home with the goods today, going down to Kongorong 10.4 to 5.7. Thanks to everybody that helped out through a very different season, hopefully next year we will have 4 grades on the park and they can all go one better. He’ll it’s good out here!

17.01.2022 As of 12am Tuesday (August 4) patrons will need to be seated whilst consuming beverages, there is no requirement to have a meal with a beverage. At this stage there are no other directions that affect the club, but this may change quickly. We will keep you posted with any develops that impact us and our patrons.

17.01.2022 CONFIRMED CHANGES TO MATCH STARTING TIMES:

16.01.2022 JUNIOR BBQ: The Junior Committee will put on a free BBQ at Can Hill tomorrow night (July 16) for all Junior Colt and Senior Colt players after training. Sausages, hamburgers and soft drink will be available. This will be followed by jumper presentations. All parents and supporters welcome, and unfortunately there will be no teas available at the club. PLEASE NOTE: due to COVID restrictions if sauce is required it must be applied by the BBQ attendant, patrons are asked not to share the sauce bottle.

14.01.2022 REGISTRATIONS DUE!! Any junior players wishing to play this season must register and pay fees before this Saturday! The website has been experiencing some issues, currently it looks like registrations can be completed with credit card only, so don't leave it until Saturday morning as there is no guarantee the site will be functioning 100% that day! Please do not attend if you are unwell with flu like symptoms FOOD and/or DRINK CONSUMPTION - if consuming food and/or drink within the clubrooms MUST be seated at all times. Must be seated when consuming alcohol - ALL AREAS TEAM HUDDLES - only essential personnel are permitted to attend the quarter break player huddles - NO PARENTS OR SPECTATORS PERMITTED CHANGE ROOMS - only players and essential personnel (coaches, team managers and trainers) are permitted in the change rooms NO PARENTS OR SUPPORTERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CHANGE ROOMS NO SPECTATORS and/or SUPPORTERS PERMITTED ON THE OVAL AT THE COMPLETION OF MATCHES. NO running onto the oval immediately after the siren. Presentation of winning team will be made at the front of the clubrooms immediately following the match. 06.01.2022 Tonight the club has hot chicken and chips on the menu, graciously donated by Amy and Dale Brant. There will also be the old favourites schnitzels and seafood, available while stocks last. Footy on the TV, beverages at the bar, crank up the fire and relax at the club tonight!

06.01.2022 New COVID protocols come into effect this week Alcoholic beverages by spectators at a sporting event must be consumed while seated Food and bever...ages (including alcohol) are only consumed by patrons while seated at tables that are physically separate from any bar or other area for taking orders. In addition to these changes, some important reminders that remain in place in the updated Directions - COVID-Safe Plan COVID-Safe Plans continue to be required (you don’t need a new plan if you have previously submitted a plan). Plans must be available for inspection and should be published and communicated with your members. Density and Social Distancing Requirements 1 person per 2 square metres density still applies. 1.5 metre physical distancing rule still applies. It is the responsibility of club management to ensure these are enforced.
