24.01.2022 When should you test?.......

24.01.2022 Despite coping with COVID-19 we all need to maintain our regular health checks. Bowel Cancer Awareness Month is a timely reminder for us all to be aware of any changes and especially for those aged 50 to 75 to screen for bowel cancer using a free, simple test at home. Bowel cancer is common among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. If found early, up to 90% of cases can be treated successfully. If you’re aged between 50 and 75 use your free, simple test at home. If you have any concerns talk to your GP or call the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program Infoline: 1800 118 868 Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Let’s keep ourselves healthy through COVID-19 and beyond. #CSAPHN #BowelCancerAwareness #GetScreened

11.01.2022 With the stroke of a pen, the Federal Government and Medicare have determined we are a large regional area such as Darwin and Bendigo (while deeming our carpark and surrounds as rural!) This means we don't have access to Doctors who want to work in a rural area. Rebekha Sharkie will take our petition to Canberra and lobby to have this changed. Please Sign!

10.01.2022 Be Covid Aware, anyone with symptoms, no matter how mild, please be tested-do not go to work. Please telephone us for telephone appointment if in doubt 8556 8365

10.01.2022 Please sign our petition - to rezone mount Compass back to rural.
