19.01.2022 Check in with yourself today as well as others. Often we check in with others and show kindness to others and don't show the same level of kindness to ourselves, or maybe that's just me. Be kind to yourself on our first day of lock down. If you have to go out for food or medical purposes be kind to others too and of course be safe.

04.01.2022 Thanks to The Polaris Centre and Talked About Marketing for another wonderful workshop yesterday. Steve Davis gave us some fantastic tips for better photos and videos. Even on my old Samsung S4 I managed to find the gridlines (called guidelines on my phone), and downloaded another camera app for some extra functionality. Here's my desktop from desktop height. I went for a moody black and white feel :-)
