21.01.2022 The sacred practice of Japa meditation is something that has been passed down from our great line of meditation teachers, as a recommended practice for those to become more attracted to this practice. It's nice to have a daily set amout of japa you complete. Start off with a number that is comfortable for you. "As a strong wind sweeps away a boat on the water, even one of the roaming senses on which the mind focusses can carry away a man's intelligence." Being able to control the mind and the senses, the senses are like wild horses and the mind is like the king of those horses. So if we can control the mind we can control those horses. This transcendental knowledge culminates by practicing these sacred techniques of mantra meditation.

19.01.2022 Meditation to cultivate Insights We all need insights to solve our problems, but we cant experience an insight just by the strength of our mind and intelligence. Instead of struggling in the muddy waters of the mind, endeavoring to find a solution to a problem, take your mind and immerse it in Transcendental Sound. When your mind tries to go back onto the problem, then gently bring it back to the comforting sounds. Then from this rested condition, a solution or decision wil...l arise from within, like a bubble of oxygen that naturally rises up from the mud on the bottom of a lake. And your problem, which previously seemed so insurmountable, will either burst into insignificance like that very same bubble, or at least you can see a clear path toward the solution. - Wisdom.yoga Mantras: Aum Hari Aum

14.01.2022 These simple meditation techniques gives us a break from the incessant chatter of the mind. We can learn to become a passive observer of the stream of thoughts, emotions and desires which flow through the mind. So when we are feeling stressed or anxious, rather than getting caught up it them and reacting to them we can learn to stand back and watch them come and go. This will help prevent us from getting swept away by the stream of thoughts. The yoga mantras we sing are actually not of this world. They are all pure, all purifying, beautiful, ever fresh and they actually have the power to transform your life. Mantras: Gauranga, Chaitanya, Nityananda

The answer determines whether we will taste the sweetness of spiritual love." . Check out the story at https://asmy.org.au/wisdom/the-goodness-finder/ Mantras: Gauranga Nityananda

06.01.2022 The art of learning to step back from the urges and demands of the mind and body is a process. The practice of Mindfulness Meditation helps one to move through their day with more clarity and awareness. Helping the practitioner to gradually appreciate how to access and use our minds to support our life's journey. This 15 minute session includes a fully body scan and relaxation, mantra breathing and mindfulness. Personally this practice has helped me to kick bad habits like s...moking and emotional eating plus helped me to improve my work productivity and interpersonal relationships among so many other things. 02.01.2022 The great sages and transcendentalists tell us that the nature of the soul is to be experiencing pleasure and happiness. But where is that pleasure and happiness, to be found that satisfies me completely? Most of us have experienced feeling deep inside that something is missing in our life. We may try to fill up our emptiness in various waystravelling, shopping, eating, keeping busy, etc. But because my nature is spiritual, no matter what we do in life, without spiritual food/sustenance, we will remain empty inside, looking for something more. Kirtan meditation is food for the soul and the more we practice we can experience inner peace, freedom from fear and anxiety, and deep happiness.
