17.01.2022 Registrations are now open for the PBA 2020 WABL Selection Trials. These will be held on Sunday 2nd and Sunday 9th February. There is a registration fee of $30... and players must be registered by Friday 31st January to be considered for selection. If your child is unable to attend trials on either of those dates, please notify Kara, our WABL Registrar, with the reason your child will not be able to attend: [email protected]. If your child would like to get a feel for how the selection trials will be run and touch up their skills ahead of trials you can register them in our Pre-trial Holiday Clinics. Our 12s and 14s clinics are nearly full so get in quickly to secure your spot. If you have any questions about the 2020 WABL Selection trials, please do not hesitate to ask.

14.01.2022 What a great start to the Summer basketball season. We loved seeing all of our Mounty kids play hard, but with a great attitude. If we were to sum up the day, it was all about new friendships and red, smiling faces. Thats what domestic basketball is all about! And a quick shout out to these U8s girls who had a nail bitting 12-10 win in their first ever game of basketball.

12.01.2022 Is there such a thing as too much basketball? [chanting] No! No! No!!! This weekend Mounty teams were on the courts at Belmont, Vic Park and Loftus AND a bunch of our members playing in the State Champs at Bendat. It has been so great seeing each team settle in with each other and improve on cohesion and game plays. Go Mounty!

08.01.2022 Exciting news!!! New uniforms have arrived!

08.01.2022 After a holiday recharge Mounty Basketball is back!!! TRAINING Term 1 training will start on Thursday 7 Feb and will be 3:30-4:15 for U8s & U10s and 4:15-5:15 for U12s & U14s (we were hoping to move training to 1hr for each age group, but unfortunately, Loftus were unable to accomodate).... NEW GEAR We now have reversibles for sale for $25 each (seen worn by our spunky models below). Reversibles are not only a great training tool for coaches to split players into different teams, but will also help us conserve the condition of our playing uniforms so they last longer. I encourage all parents to grab one for your child at the first training session on 7 Feb. FIRST GAME The first game of the new year will be on the weekend prior to school going back: Saturday 2 Feb. ^Ash

There are two ways to access them... GameDay App ... 1. Download the app and sign up. 2. Under ‘Teams’ search your team name eg. Mounty Bucks. 3. Beneath the heading Next Match you’ll see your fixture for Saturday. 4. While you are there click the blue Follow to enable the app to feed you the fixtures each week under Season Schedule. You can look ahead (once the full season is loaded) and keep up to date. The second way to find fixtures is through the link below. 04.01.2022 Congrats to the Mounty Thundercats for winning the U12s Grand Final. Well done also to the Mounty Teenwolves who made the GF, but it just wasnt their year. Its now time for a mini break before we welcome a whole heap of first time players for the summer.
