17.01.2022 Dear Patients From 20 July 2020, patients will only be able to access telehealth services under the MBS through their regular GP or practice (where they have physically been seen face-to-face) within the past 12 months. Exemptions to this requirement have been made for infants (under 12 months old), homeless people, and people living in COVID-19 hot spots, which are areas in Victoria currently under stage three restrictions.
