24.01.2022 Having practiced using the new midweek rules, here is an update. The main questions we had from the day are answered here. 1. Team winning set one, starts with the mat. 2. Toss the coin for the tie breaker. ... https://www.bowlswa.com.au//metropolitan-and-bowls-wa-co/

23.01.2022 The COVID-19 Pandemic is having a profound impact on all Australians and we'd like to let you know the measures we are taking to reduce the impact on our community. We have been closely monitoring the advice of the World Health Organisation, Australias Chief Medical Officer and our Federal and State Governments to ensure we have the most up-to-date information for our members, and so that we can apply a best practice approach, where possible. Members may come to the club for... a roll up, drink or social distance contact but must abide by the MLBC Coronavirus Policy which you can find here http://www.mlbc.org.au/socia/coronavirus-covid-19-pandemic/ The Bar will have limited operating times as a result of the early termination of the pennant season and the number of postponements & cancellations of scheduled private functions at the club. Our Club Manager will be taking leave over the coming period and will most likely work only one day a week on average. The best communication for any enquiries will be by email: [email protected] We'll keep you up to date if there is any change to anything above or to the Coronavirus Policy See more

13.01.2022 Does your garden need some TLC? Grass clippings can be used in garden beds and as a mulch for vegetable gardens. They help your garden to retain moisture, enhance soil, block out weeds and add nutrient to the soil. The Mount Lawley Bowling Club has an abundance of high quality grass clippings. Come and help yourselves, bring a bag, bring a barrow. Storthes Street side of the Club.
