06.01.2022 Plunging Pinot Noir, about a third of the way through ferment. Can’t wait to taste this vintage. It’s been quite a journey for these grapes as it has for all of us. Stay strong everyone and by the time this wine is released I hope that we will be able to sit on the grass and crack open a bottle with friends (real not virtual). Here’s to cherishing moments and experiences in the future that we simply took for granted in the past.
