We have been waiting impatiently for this film documenting the story of Chris, Patrick and Steve as they train, qualify and race in the the UTMB - Ultra Trail Mont Blanc. 21.01.2022 EXTENDED CUT OFFS FOR 2020: We are thrilled to announce that the Mount Panorama Punish 2020 will be going ahead under COVID-safe protocols and is open to runners from Bathurst, Lithgow, Oberon, Blayney, Cowra, Orange and Cabonne Local Government Areas to reduce the risk of community transmission from further afield. This year only, were able to extend the cut-off time at the top of the Mount to 40 minutes, allowing more time for runners and fast walkers. It will still be tough, but we want to allow more of our locals the chance to receive an awesome medal at the finish! Entries are open now, but only to people living within the local region. 21.01.2022 COVID-19 capacity reached: If numbers for the event are still restricted by NSW State Laws, Bathurst Regional Council rules or by any other authority, the organisers of the Mount Panorama Punish will transfer all entries beyond those permitted to the following years event. Entries are time and date stamped, so any entries received beyond the number permitted at the time of the event will NOT be issued a race bib for 2020, and instead have their entry fee transferred to 2021... Mount Panorama Punish. We will continue to take entries in the hope that the restrictions will ease further. If that doesnt happen, and we remain limited to 500 entries, those entries beyond the 500 limit will be rolled over to the 2021 Punish. We had a n awesome bunch of teachers volunteering at the Punish in 2019 and we thought we were onto something when we made the introduction to our race winner David Criniti. Good luck to the students and we cant wait to have you run at the Punish. If you can, we know The Run Beyond Project will put donations to very good use!

17.01.2022 Punish business meetings are serious work! Covid-19 UPDATE Were almost at capacity for the 2020 Punish. As it stands, under the COVID-19 restrictions, we are limited to 500 entries, which we expect to reach this week. Once that limit is reached, we will continue to take entries in the hope that the restrictions will ease further. If that doesnt happen, and we remain limited to 500 entries, those entries beyond the 500 limit will be rolled over to the 2021 Punish.

In September last year, they, along with another mate, Steve, raced the Ultra Trail Mont Blanc, arguably the toughest foot race in the world! We can wait to see the film of their journey

01.01.2022 Wes from RUN RIOT has always had some great coaching tips for us at the Punish. He continues to train both the Run Riot Kids and Run Riot Coaching classes online. We will share some of his videos here for a little bit of motivation, but if youre after some specific (cost effective) coaching, we recommend you contact Run Riot! :) Be safe everyone!

01.01.2022 PUNISH UPDATE: We are nearing the "current" Public Health Order limit of 500 entrants. However, we note that other huge events have been moved to within days of the Punish (City2Surf and UTA, for example). We are hoping and reasonably confident that we wont be limited to 500. But who knows? Perhaps time to register now and keep training, just in case?
