25.01.2022 Not long now to our annual sale. This year our sale will be interfaces with Auctionsplus. Due to all our cattle events being cancelled, we wont have any of our broken in stud sires or females on display.

24.01.2022 JR Limousins sells Lot 4 JR Mr Hunt Jock P4 This is a bull that has it all, a great pedigree being a Mandayen MR Jock K10 son, and is out of Red Rick Tiger lily a Red Rock Tiger daughter whom we purchased from the Red Rock dispersal sale for $8,000. He has great growth and carcass traits ranging well over the breed average, his Eye Muslcle Area (+3.3)which is also very impressive. P4 also has a great phenotype and has a lot of width across his top line and depth of hindqu...arter. 23.01.2022 We’ve had a wonderful day today. We caught up with friends and fellow limo breeders the Corby family as well Tighe, and his parents Terry and Katie. Tighe’s pick and purchase of the sale was Lot 12, they also purchased Lot 7 and Lot 14. We are very excited to see how these females produce for them. Tighe you picked a great heifer.

His dam MT Pleasant Journeys Quest has produced sons that have been in our last three sales. P85 has great growth figures with a mature cow weight +72, This bull has a great phenotype and his got a lot of depth of body, he has a strong top line with good spring of rib. Lot 4 JR Mr Hunt Jock P4 topping the sale at $11,500 purchased by the Barklimore family, who also purchased Lot 3 Mt Pleasant Phoenix. The Johnston f...amily, purchased the second highest priced bull $9500, Lot 2 Mt Pleasant Pitchblack sold. The bulls averaged $7583. Females sold to a top of $7,000, Lot 13 Mt Pleasant Vibrant in Red N5 also selling to the Johnston family. The females averaged $3933. Volume buyer, the Worthington family purchased 2 heifers, as well as Lot 14 Mt Pleasant Goldengirl N45 and her calf, as well as Lot 16 semen package. We cant wait to see the progeny. This bull is also a half brother to Oakvale Joel one of the best bulls that we have ever used here at mount pleasant, Oakvale Joel was purchased in 2015 for $21,000 the Australian equal recorded for a limousin bull at the time, he is a great stud sure that throws punchy calfs with a lot of carcass every year and we think P111 will sorely do the same. P111 is a bull with a lot of length throughout his body and is a well muscle bull, he will put a lot of style and carcass into his progeny.
