25.01.2022 Your life is powered, quite literally, by the energy of the stars of the milky way. Throughout the silent space of the universe lies an extraordinary amount of... energy. In our galaxy alone, more than a billion suns radiate energy that is flowing in the form of an electromagnetic field that creates the Northern Lights as it hits our atmosphere, representing enough energy to produce more than 100,000 lightning strikes every hour. As human beings, every one of us is capable of absorbing that electrical charge for our own vitality. We can experience it either through direct touch, like our bare feet on the ground, or through the conversion of that light energy in our food. So how exactly does food become a delivery system of star energy into our bodies? Active soil on the planet breathes in this energy in the form of salts. That energy is then placed into bacteria, which breaks the nutrients down and creates carbohydrates that are constructed of large carbon chains. These carbohydrates are then broken back down by the bacteria and, once consumed, it’s inserted into our bloodstream. From there, it’s transmitted inside of a human cell to a bacteria called mitochondria. Each human cell has as many as 2,000 mitochondria within it. Working synergistically with the microbiome within our bodies, these populations of mitochondria utilize fats and carbohydrate to produce energy, converting both fuel sources to a single molecule, Acetyl-CoA. Finally, they put it through the Krebs cycle, which breaks the carbon bonds of these fuels to release energy in the form of electrons. These can then catalyze the production of ATP - effectively the battery storage for our food energy. Your body is radiating solar energy. The higher the energy potential of your food, the brighter you light up the world around you. Food, not pharmacy is the foundation and future of human health and health care. . . . #immunity #humanhealth #bethechange #allofustogether #newparadigm

13.01.2022 GRATITUDE: Increase your immunity by simply being grateful. Makes you feel at peace with yourself, your loved ones and the world. Which in turn makes you happy which is an easy way to boost your health. Seven reasons to be Grateful: 1. Gratitude opens the door to improved relationships. Not only does saying thank you constitute good manners, but it makes others feel good, strengthening relationships. 2. Gratitude improves physical health. Grateful people experience fewe...r aches and pains and report feeling healthier than other people. They exercise more often and are more likely to attend regular check-ups, which is likely to contribute to further longevity. 3. Gratitude improves psychological health. Gratitude reduces a multitude of toxic emotions, from envy and resentment to frustration and regret. It fosters feelings of happiness and contentment. 4. 13.01.2022 Two or three tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil each day can provide an immune system boost because olive oil has anti-inflammatory properties and is a good source of antioxidants. Look for fresh extra virgin olive oil with low free fatty acids and high polyphenols. The more robust the oil generally is an indication of whether it is high in polyphenols. When selecting an extra virgin olive oil that is going to make a difference to your health choose one that is as bitter a...nd robust as palatable. Also ensure it is as fresh as possible. Extra Virgin Olive Oil doesn't get better with age like wine. #freshisbest Mount William Olive Grove is starting to harvest our cold climate olives in the coming weeks. We will be releasing our fresh oil as soon as possible so that our customers can benefit from all the health benefits fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil has to offer. See more

13.01.2022 GET MORE SLEEP Sleep is important for your immune system. Research shows that sleep-deprived people can have suppressed immunity, meaning that they're more at risk of catching viruses. If you feel worried or you are anxious (about COVID-19, for example), you're more at risk of sleep problems such as insomnia. And if you're sleep-deprived, you're more likely to be anxious.... So, if you're reading this on your phone in bed right now, put the phone down looking at a bright screen in the evening can disrupt your sleep. 13.01.2022 Have you seen our film? This unreleased footage from our founder ZACH BUSH MD was shot along the Mississippi during the filming of our documentary, Regeneration...: The Beginning. For those who haven’t seen the film, it’s a 20-minute lens into the health impact of chemical farming and the solution that exists when we focus on soil health and regenerative practices. Even though we released the film just over a year ago, it’s even more relevant today. The film explores scientific findings from ZACH BUSH MD and soil health expert Dr. Allen Williams that identifies the root cause of the current chronic disease epidemic and its connection to chemically dependent agricultural practices. The path to recovery begins in the soil. Watch the film, share the film, and take action. https://farmersfootprint.us/watch

05.01.2022 Spices Most spices in general have volatile, antimicrobial oils in them that can fight off colds and flu. These include dill, turmeric, cloves, ginger, turmeric, thyme, rosemary, oregano and coriander and you should use these spices liberally in your cooking. You can also brew them in a tea. Some natural food stores sell lines of tea bags with spices for brewing.
