19.01.2022 I love how the parks get decorated and I may have brought a souvenir or two home over the years to share the magic with my neighbourhood when the odd trick or treated arrives. Do you celebrate Halloween or decorate your home? Is there a touch of Disney? #disneylife #disneyhalloween #disneyforaustralians
19.01.2022 Its a very strange world with nowhere to visit Disney for now. Our friends at Disney Parks Blog have reminded us there is always tomorrow. 18.01.2022 ANOTHER STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION Happy Monday Mouse Travellers I have a real soft spot for Hong Kong Disneyland. Again, whilst we cant jump on a plane to go, it makes me feel hopeful that a little more pixie dust is being sprinkled somewhere in our world. Hong Kong Disneyland will be reopening this week on June 18.... The hotels at the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, have largely remained open taking measured steps to maintain guest offerings at our hotels, with adjusted levels of service, and in May they reopened additional dining experiences. On June 18 Hong Kong Disneyland Park will reopen to the general public. Following the procedures put in place at Shanghai Disney Resort and Disney Springs at Walt Disney World, we will also implement new and enhanced health and safety measures following the guidance of our local government and health care officials. While some things will look and feel different than before, the magic continues and the cast members are excited to once again share their park with you because the magic begins with you. Again as with other reopenings during the initial phase there will be limited attendance. Social distancing precautions will be in place in queues, restaurants, attractions vehicles and at other facilities throughout the park and additional sanitisation and disinfection will be carried out particularly in high guest contact areas.
17.01.2022 On the third day of Halloween I love a Disney night time performance FULL STOP. Yes, I am even known to get a little tear in my eye as fireworks fill the sky. One of the many special moments you get to experience when attending a Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is the fabulous Disney's Not So Spooky Spectacular Fireworks Show. You will be humming along to the tunes for days....... Have you attended a Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party?
16.01.2022 Hello Mouse Travellers I have been working on a little project for you all and have been creating a special little Mouse Traveller Central at home. Now in going through my Disney treasures I came across these two day and it made me laugh. My DH (Darling Husband) loves to set me challenges for some obscure souvenir to bring him home when I Disney without him. One trip a Goofy pencil was the challenge set - well that one was close, a pen is the same thing right and on anot...her husband free adventure a Goofy Back Scratcher - I thought I nailed that but apparently its really Mickey scratching his back. What is the strangest souvenir you have brought home from your Disney adventures? Or if you havent made it yet what is the first thing you want to buy? See ya Ainsley

Special Halloween Character Costumes, a toe tapping soundtrack and some very special guests make this a must see.... THIS IS HALLOWEEN THIS IS HALLOWEEN You're welcome. Do you have a favourite parade?

Disney Cruise Line will suspend all new departures starting Saturday, March 14 and going through the end of the month. 15.01.2022 Hands Up if you miss standing in front of the rail road station at the entrance to the parks I smile every time I see this. To quote Olaf it's like a big warm hug. The gardens are just beautiful year round at Disney and I just love the seasonal adaptations. Which place in the parks really makes you feel like you are there?
15.01.2022 Some magic for Friday. Enjoy the Happily Ever Fireworks at Walt Disney World. It never fails to bring a tear to my eye. Actually, all of the amazing evening shows do but hey. 14.01.2022 It's a Good News Morning Mouse Travellers It's nice to wake up to good news some days. It is a strange thought that there is no Disney park to visit but that's about to change. Whilst we can't go anywhere for now, Shanghai Disneyland has announced today that it will reopen on May 11. Shanghai will be returning to a more normal life with schools reopening. It has been reported 'As we welcome guests back to the park, we will draw on the learnings from the reopening of Di...sneytown and Wishing Star Park, and we will implement new and enhanced health and safety measures reflecting the guidance of our local health and government authorities. While some things will look a little different, know that that a magical experience awaits you at Shanghai Disneyland. Now, more than ever, Shanghai Disney Resort is a special place for families and fans to create joyful memories and celebrate being together once again.' I was meant to be visiting Shanghai Disneyland for the first time later this month. As soon as I can I am going to be off to tick this Castle of my list but this will still be a while. So for now we keep dreaming, keep planning because we will be dusting off the Mickey Ears and pulling out the cases ready to visit Disney again. Which park will you visit first? See ya Ainsley
13.01.2022 I have been having such a Disney day today that its taken me this long to share news that there are no proposed plans in place for a phased open for Disneyland. And for those in the know I significant date choice as it will be Disneylands 65th Birthday. And mark your calendars because we have something very exciting happening for Mouse Travellers on this day. So again, whilst this wont get us back to Disney any time soon it is a step in the right direction. Pending gov...ernment approvals of course. Downtown Disney will reopen on July 9, the Parks on July 17, and the Grand Californian Hotel and Spa and Disneys Paradise Pier Hotel on July 23. Again theme park capacity will be significantly limited to meet requirements and promote social distancing so there will be a reservation system put in place that will require all guests to obtain a reservation for park entrance in advance. Certain experiences that draw large groups gatherings such as parades and nighttime spectaculars will return at a later date. Never fear Mouse Travellers, we are watching and monitoring the situation and will be ready to assist with your Disney holidays with all the latest information when the time is right. Disneyland has been providing us with a place to have fun together as a family for 65 years. Before we know we will be entering a place where we leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy. We have got you.

11.01.2022 Aulani: My ohana and I have been lucky enough to stay at this incredible resort many times since it opened in 2011. 11.01.2022 Balloons brighten every day, but they do drive me a little.nuts. Why Disney, Why? I know, to take more of my Disney money. When the girls were younger they would beg for a Disney balloon. I relented ONCE. The girls so happy until the first ride (what do you do with them), my darling husband reminding us they will not fit in the luggage. Its easy to get wrapped up in the ma g ic but do you have a Disney Park purchase you regret?

10.01.2022 Halloween is well and truly underway in Yoy Story Land. My daughters were HUGE Buzz Woody fans, so its is always a delight to become a toy in this magical part of the parks. What land is your favourite?
09.01.2022 Hello Mouse Travellers Its July 1 which makes it Canada Day. I love travelling to Canada so when I am at Walt Disney World its nice to get a little taste of Canada by popping into the Canadian Pavillion when visiting the EPCOT Park. Why I hear you ask?... Its home to one of my favourite dining experiences at Walt Disney World - Le Cellier Steakhouse. I like taking a late lunch and then I really dont need dinner. The menu has so many of my favourite dining treats I could almost visit twice each visit with one solely dedicated to the amazing maple desserts but today a few of my favourite entrees and mains. I just cannot say no to the Canadian Cheedar Cheese Soup made with Moosehead Pale Ale and Nueskes Applewood Smoked Bacon. A poutine is a must for the table. This Canadian staple is amazing at Le Cellier. The Signature Le Cellier Poutine is a serving of freshly cut french fries, Canadian cheddar, truffles with a red wine reduction. And finally to really spoil the tastebuds the Le Cellier Fillet Mignon. This AAA Canadian Tenderloin is served with asparagus, mushroom risotto, tomato relish and a truffle butter sauce. Have you eaten at Le Cellier? What is your favourite thing on the menu? Happy Canada Day Ainsley

08.01.2022 A Walt Disney World Update Mouse Travellers On Disney Parks Blog today it has been anno i need that Walt Disney World has submitted plans for a proposed reopening to begin on July 11. 05.01.2022 Happy Mothers Day The first time we ate at Be Our Guest I almost cancelled as we were at Day 9 of the trip and feeling a little tired. My DH asked me why I had booked it, at that stage it was newly opened and the most difficult dining reservation to get at Walt Disney World and the dining reviews were amazing. He asked me of I would regret cancelling tomorrow just because I was tired in that moment. I knew I would so off we went and there were no regrets. I love the French Onion soup and have returned for more over the years, my husband loved his steak. The perfect end was trying the grey stuff.... our friends at Disney Parks Blog have again spread some #disneymagicmoments with us all sharing this special recipe to have at home. A taste of Disney before we can return. https://youtu.be/FpddkI3UbBc

03.01.2022 I dont know how many hours I have spent running around the Pirates Lair on Tom Sawyer Island both as a kid and as a parent. I love boarding the log rafts and drifting across the Rivers of America to take a moment away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the park. Did you know that this attraction was designed by Walt himself? Do you love spending time on Tom Sawyer Island or do you have another special quiet place you like to escape to?
03.01.2022 A HALLOWEEN GARDEN Hands Up who would love a garden filled with pumpkins like these. Halloween Disney style is really not so scary. It is pure fun and happiness.
