24.01.2022 STOP LOOKING FOR THE 'QUICK FIX' Let me be real with you. There is no such thing as a quick fix!... There is no secret pill, no magic shake, online workout, 6-week challenge or KETO DIET that’s going to do it for you. We, unfortunately, live in a society that wants results NOW! Today! Tomorrow! last week! But so few are willing to take the long term approach to maintain a healthier, fit, strong physic. Remember, You did this damage, the weeks, months or years’ worth of damage isn’t just going to disappear in your next 6 Week Gym Challenge’ or Juice cleanse . The Fitness Industry itself can be its own worst nightmare; We have bodyfat scans that never make people happy & give misinformation, 6 Week Challenges that force people to over train, eat no food & get ‘Shredded’ but then as soon as it's over put all their weight back on if not more. We are not saying we are perfect! HELL NO. I myself (Coach Sammi) have worked in this industry for 12 Years and I am 100% guilty of overtraining clients, recommending meal plans that weren’t goal specific, and just delivering well information I thought was the be all end all. But with time comes knowledge, education and just a better attitude to delivering clients results that last. Our aim for ALL our current & future clients is to create Bodies the Move better, Move Stronger & Longer. Through learning the correct technique, Taking control of Mindset strategies and implementing realistic training methods that deliver results that are sustainable & fun! Will we always get it right?!.. No, not all the time but we will keep Growing and Learning so we deliver you the Service we want to live up to.

Coaches Sammi & Kaitlyn cater for every fitness level as well as every aspect of keeping our bodies fit & healthy inside and out. ... 'I have been an active gym member for more than 20 years, I also have EAD (extreme anxiety disorder). Keeping active has always played an integral part in my mental wellbeing with keeping my mind clear and my body strong. 04.01.2022 FIVE DAYS OFF ISN'T GOING TO DERAIL YOUR RESULTS Since returning from lockdown, most people have found their spark for training again, which we love to see, however, some people have not had a day off since the gyms re-opened, which is an issue. Lockdown 3.0 has started, how will you use these next few days as an essential part of your training?! Think RECOVERY. Not enough people incorporate recovery into their routine. ... When recovery is not done correctly, we start seeing re-occurring injuries, tendon & ligament issues coming into play. Giving your body some much-needed rest allows your body to play catch up, let all your muscles, connective tissues, tendons, and ligaments have some much-needed time off so they can stay healthy and happy. Now the only way you will ruin all your hard work is if you eat like an Arsehole! Just because you've got a couple of days off training does not mean you have an excuse to derail your nutrition, especially if you don't want to lose all your hard work. If you're feeling the need to keep active and keep moving than keep your training times the same but add some more recovery & mobility workouts such as our flex and flow workouts or go for a nice big long walk, chuck a podcast on and let the brain feel refreshed.
