09.01.2022 Do you find yourself doing this at the start of every new year? Partied hard? Are a lot of food? No alarms set? No routine? Don’t get me wrong we all need to have some down time, drink, eat, chill, recharge...but there comes a time when you have to get back into the routines! Discipline has to be taken again. ... Because what happens which I see a lot is one year goes by! You have let yourself go. Don’t get into this habit: Next week Next month Next year Your lies become what you frequently say in your head and you start justifying all the excuses and lies. Your friends and family don’t want to hurt you and tell you the truth...so you get a free pass. Rip off the bandaid! Call it! Take action- have some discipline.
