19.01.2022 L i v el i k ead o g //Isn't it amazing how much joy dogs can bring! They are always excited to see you no matter what their day has been like. And what do they ask for in return? Nothing! Well just pats, walks and food My dogs are the most simple but constant reminder that life really can be that simple.... So today remind yourself of the joy in simple things, or maybe wag your tail and hang your tongue out? Whatever you do get excited about life, it's here to be enjoyed after all. Happy Friday! . . 16.01.2022 E n e r g yB i t e s //I always make sure I have some sweet but satiating snacks on hand. It's important to keep your blood sugar levels in balance so that you can have energy all day long and don't get big peaks and troughs throughout the day. Because we all want to be full of energy right!... Recipe - soak a handful each of goji berries, pitted prunes, medjool dates and dried apricots in boiled water. Once softened place in Thermomix or food processor along with 1 cup mixed nuts, 1 cup coconut chips (baked for 5 minutes for extra crunch), 1 cup puffed rice + 1/2C almomd flour Blend adding in extra boiled water or flour to get the right consistency. Roll into balls and cover in desiccated coconut. Then place straight into fridge to harded..or throw them straight in your mouth . . See more

10.01.2022 S n a c kB o w l //A go to snack of mine lately. Craving all the potatoes and earthy vegetables at this time of year.. Pan fried white potatoes, sweet potatoes and pumpkin cooked in oil or ghee topped with a sprinkle of paprika, basil, thyme, cumin, S+P, and fresh parsley.... Dipping sauce is just home made hommus, blended with a bit of tahini and broth to thin out and make a sauce consistency. . . See more

01.01.2022 F i l ly o u rf r i d g e //Snap shot of our fridge...On a Friday, when we are stocked up with the essentials. Including fruit, veg, mixture of raw treats, soups, seeds, powders, dried fruit, kimchi, herbs, jams, broth, relish and the rest.... But don't worry there is wine and chocolate hiding in the fridge door..as it's also unhealthy if you don't feel your soul! I definitely get inspired when I open the fridge or pantry and it is full of colour and ready to cook produce. During the week these ingredients will be cooked, blended, baked and roasted but knowing they are there forces us to use them. Give it a go maybe it will work for you! . . See more
