KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Front desk Meeting and greeting patients Making patient bookings and attending to enquiries for new and existing patients via telephone, email and Facebook Taking payments using Hicaps/Medicare/Proda/Medipass Ordering of administration and physiotherapy products Scanning, emailing and e-faxing of documents to GPs and insurance companies and practice software Monitoring KPIs and marketing leads Assist in marketing and promotional activities (including but not limited to basic website management, social media, direct mail and advertising) Monitor social media platforms and assist with capturing basic metrics PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED Previous front line customer experience in a medical or allied health practice preferred An excellent command of spoken and written English Professional and courteous phone manner Excellent attention to detail Competent computer knowledge (including MS Office and Cliniko preferred but not essential) Punctual with a proactive attitude and positive work ethic Ability to work within a busy and fast paced work environment with a diverse range of clients and health professionals. At this stage individual Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiotherapy services are continuing. We have however ceased all group classes and gym use sessions.
