I love coconut and cranberries, together they make me go nom nom nom Super simple and it takes hardly no time! Just don’t stab your partner whilst taste testing.....(unless you feel it’s necessary of course ) just a bit of advice!

I have used black beans before to make ferrero rochers and they turned out freakin AMAZEBALLS Today I used them to make a peppermint fudge slice....turned out AMAZEBALLS ... ( I’m secretly one of them ) Drew requested a healthy carrot cake.....so I made the best damn carrot cake in the world ... It is seriously good! Two layers separated by cream cheese frosting delight. That’s one component of training. We both also know that if you are not eating well, getting enough sleep, recovering well, and breathing right, then your physical training will at some point come to a stand still. (You May even injure yourself or burnout completely) This four week training is an introduction to movement using traditional yoga asana and functional fitness moves, along with an introduction to breath work. 05.01.2022 FOODIE FRIDAY Had a craving for white chocolate and macadamia cookies today.....so I made a slice This has everything I love about a cookie.....that soft but chewy texture with massive chunks of white chocolate that are melted just enough but still have some crunch oooohhhhhh yeeaaaa... I’m all for making things as good for you as possible.....I did my best with this....but sometimes you just gotta add the real deal....and today the real deal was real white chocolate.....possibly the worst thing you could actually eat but life is too short to not eat the frickin white chocolate

02.01.2022 One of my favourite things is a good Anzac bickie.....so I made a damn good Anzac Slice. We are so damn lucky to live in Australia and I am one freakin proud Aussie. Take a moment tomorrow to remember exactly why it is we get the opportunity to live in this amazing, beautiful country. ... Then make this slice....and eat the whole damn thing. Lest we forget.
