Many of you may be aware but I am not running my classes in person right now - even if I wanted to it is not an approved thing to do in this current landscape.... 22.01.2022 Announcement: Pilates with Laura no longer have a weekly class. It was a hard decision to make but I had another regular class offered to me at the same time and it was a fabulous opportunity. Im still avail for private sessions, Pilates at your workplace or school and of course online classes are still being released regularly.... Here is this weeks online class. $10 for the class - get if touch if you are keen. Otherwise you can find me in the flesh at Yoga Flourish - an amazing studio in Huntingdale that I am very lucky to be a part of :)

11.01.2022 NEW CLASS ALERT! Hello friends Im thinking of starting up an early class on Saturday Mornings (8:30-:9:30am) just in time for summer. Im looking into venue availability so it is not locked in at this time yet but Im wanting to gauge interest.... The class format: This will be Pilates with a twist. Pilates with cardio intervals to get your heart beating and blood pumping (think running, squats, lunges, arm weights) with the usual benefits of Pilates - focus on mobility, core strength, flexibility and overall body balance. As is always the case in my classes, there will be options to suit you individually :) And it will be a welcoming and friendly environment. Hit me up in the comments if you would be keen on joining this class and if there was anything you are after.
