25.01.2022 MIC’s unlimited guide to prep like a PRO! 1.MAKE A MEAL PLAN > This 8W Encounter my ladies are prepping their own meal plan to there macro’s So planning & prepping is one of the most important parts for them. Once you have planned your meals for the week, go to the shops & buy your food or even better do it online & get it delivered to you! 2.SCHEDULE IT > Pick a day to schedule your prep. Sundays & Wednesdays are known best. Set a chunk of time aside, Typically a couple h...ours from start to clean up. 3. STOCK UP ON CONTAINERS > Meal prep is all about the containers, invest in a batch you love that are sturdy & leak-proof. 4. BUST OUT THE SLOW COOKER > Your slow cooker might become your meal prep BFF: You can wake up Sunday morning, toss bulk ingredients for the week, set it & forget about it until Sunday evening when you want to portion out your meals for the week. 5. KNOW WHEN TO CUT CORNERS > Chop up fresh veggies for the week & keep in the fridge to save some time slaving in the kitchen at night. Coles & Woolies now have 200/250g bags of veggies (in the veggies section) that you can put in the microwave. It cost a little more but it will save time on chopping up veggies if you don’t want to do that. 6. Once all protein is cooked to your liking put them in containers & in the fridge. I recommend prepping breaky every night before you go to bed, so you know what your going to have straight up without stressing. 04.01.2022 Why I apply strength training for my ladies at bootcamp. First of all, I want my ladies to feel strong and confident. I don’t want them to think shit I’m going to get big and bulky because we all know that’s not true just a misconception. However, what it does help to do is build lean muscle (tones your body), effectively burns body fat to help us woman lose weight, enhances mood and reduces stress and overall we just feel good about ourselves. BUT the question is why do I do it at bootcamp? It’s purely because I enjoy strength training and want to show my ladies the importance of doing it, learning the correct techniques and providing them with a training program they can benefit from. #strengthtraining #notyouraveragebootcamp #moveinspiringchange #empowerwomen
