25.01.2022 Hi Everyone, We have just completed a 6 series of MoveInStillness Yoga. If you would like to sample a copy of the last 1 hour recording for your temporary use please let me know and I will forward it- We will probably commence another series of six sessions in Mid July so stay tuned or let me know if you want to be added to the email list.

24.01.2022 STILLNESS YOGA - LIVING THE CYCLES. Commencing this coming Wednesday 13th a six week series of Stillness Yoga - Living the Cycles. The night before is the beginning of your day! Develop your sensitivity and awareness so you are able to feel what these amazing full moons and living cycles have to offer us.... Commencing this Wednesday 13th May: 7am-8am AEST -Live on ZOOM. This will be running at the same time for 6 weeks until 17th June. Cost $60 -or pay what you can if COVID-19 has affected you financially. Please call 0409398022 to book ahead. Below are photos of this May Wesak Moon. The next June moon is called the Christ moon on June 6th and will also be amazing.
