17.01.2022 Are you struggling with lower limb pain and swelling? In addition to personal training at my home gym, I have two Dynamic Motion Therapy platforms that are extremely beneficial for those suffering lower leg pain, swelling and stiffness. They are great for post-menopausal women to assist with reducing bone loss and stimulation of the Type IIA muscle fibres that are important for postural stability and fall prevention. These are the only vibration platforms that the FDA appro...ved as a Class 1 medical device. NASA previously used these for their astronauts on the International Space Station. These can be booked for 20 minute therapy sessions for a $10 charge. They are safe to use daily and 3 sessions per week are recommended. Discounts are available for purchasing 10 or more sessions. Please call me on 0401 787 370 or email to [email protected] for further information on any of the above. I am here to help you maintain your current fitness or achieve your goals, no matter what is happening around the planet. See more

04.01.2022 The family that trains together..... Well done to these two. Training up a storm 3 times per week. Why not get together with a family member and kick start your fitness regimen

04.01.2022 Let me ask you a question. Why do we exercise? Is it to look better? Shape up for summer? Lose weight? Improve self esteem? These are all valid reasons and I’m sure you could add to this list. Also, what is it that prevents us from committing to a training regime? Lack of time, finances, motivation? Again, add to this your own thoughts.... Let me suggest that there are more fundamental reasons to commit to an exercise plan. As we age we still want to maintain doing those things we enjoy outside of work. Hiking in this beautiful country, playing with friends, kids & grandkids, gardening, tennis, golf etc... add your favourites. These are all good things to do and they bring enjoyment into our lives. It’s only when we can no longer do these things because of pain, physical limitations or health concerns that we really appreciate what they mean to us. Therefore, maintaining and regular exercise regimen is an investment into our health and can allow us to enjoy these activities for many years, simply because we established a health & fitness habit. I understand that there are obstacles to overcome for some of us and they vary for each of us. However, let me leave you with this thought. How important are these favourite activities to us and what enjoyment do they add to our lives? I’m guessing that they are extremely important. If you can relate to this but feel stuck, why not touch base with me and together we can formulate a plan that will help you to live stronger for longer. Get your mojo back
