25.01.2022 Day one of holiday class has been so much fun so far! What classes have you signed up for? We can't wait to see you all flipping, swinging and having fun in the gym this week!

25.01.2022 Day six is complete! We had some incredible muscle moments, great job on those bicycle crunches! We even saw a few variations! The last video was just too sweet not to share. Gymnastics is supposed to be all about having fun, but sometimes we get so caught up in trying to compete with others, get new skills or get stronger that we forget to stop and actually enjoy the sport we all love! Miescha's smiling, giggling and laughing at herself is the best, most infectious reminder to stop for a moment and remember why we all started gymnastics to begin with. Let's keep smiling and having fun, and keep the gymnastics magic alive

19.01.2022 What else has Move It been up to at Caloundra this week? Our two AMAZING team gym teams knocked the socks off of everyone in the audience on Thursday with their outstanding performances! Our intermediate team, the Muskateers, walked away with two bronze awards and one silver, giving them an overall bronze award! Our advanced team, Move It Magic, left the competition with a bronze, silver, and a gold award, resulting in a silver overall! Their dedication and hard work certainly paid off, and we couldn't be more proud of them! Congratulations girls, you were incredible

17.01.2022 MASTERS We want to give one big shoutout to Kaye, one of Move It's most hard working and dedicated adults gymnasts! Kaye has worked hard over the past 2 years at Move It to fulfill her lifelong dream of being a gymnast, and on Wednesday, she competed for the first time at a Masters event! This amazing lady walked away with 4 first place medals and a first overall trophy! Being the only one in her age category certainly helped, but these awards are so well deserved nonetheless! Congratulations Kaye on your amazing achievements and your hard work! Let us know if you're interested in joining Kaye in our brand new Masters team in 2021, we'd love to have more friends join in on the fun!

Once you have created an account you can enrol your gymnasts into our holiday program. Please note, we will not be utilising EnrolMy to book our competitive gymnasts into squad holiday training sessions during the trial period. 10.01.2022 Hi everyone! Unfortunately we have been forced to cancel our car park training classes that were supposed to begin this week. We truly apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this has caused. Classes were originally approved to go ahead, but we have since been notified that this level of government restrictions do not allow for formal training practices to take place. It is a disappointing bump in the road, but we will all be back in the gym in no time. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your ongoing patience and support. Our Move It family wouldn't be complete without you all.
