23.01.2022 I just wanted to say Happy New Year Beautiful People I do hope everyone has had a happy & healthy holiday season. I managed to have a small amount of time off, but not as much as I would have liked, as I decided to begin my Certificate in Dance Therapy with Dance and Arts Therapy NZ.... I have also completed my Certificate in Meditation Teaching and Holistic Human Development with Inspire Holistic Training College, which means I can now offer these services: chair yoga, holistic counselling, life coach, mediation teacher. This course helped me set my New Years Intentions in the form of a Mantra: Balance - Beauty - Body - Boundaries - Breath I am reaping the rewards of this mantra already - I have designed myself a motivational diary, which has helped me be more organised, and feel more calmer. I look forward to sharing it with you soon. Also, every year I set an Eco Resolution, with the intention of being more sustainable. This year it is to buy less. Last year was to drive less. Previous years was to take jars to my local organic store instead of using paper bags. Please get in touch if you are looking for other ways to be more sustainable.
