20.01.2022 I DO NOT HAVE A DEGREE If you came to my page under the impression I do have one and don’t like that , feel free to unfollow me. Truth is, if you only feel like someone can help you because of ‘insert degree’ or because it’s backed by ‘scientific evidence’ then I don’t want to work with you. ... You’re under the impression that only university degrees and ‘scientific’ papers are the be all and end all. I can assure you, they aren’t. You see, evidence also comes in the form of observation and documentation of patterns. What works on paper may not necessarily work in person. Picture this: You go see your rehab professional for an ailment. They tell you ‘XYZ’ and after the 5th treatment you still have only 20% pain relief. then they proceed to tell you what the latest research tells you about your ‘insert pain,’ but they still can’t fix it. Righto. That’s great. Now what do you do? Now you’ve just spend $500 + (this is the low end) on treatment that hasn’t worked and now you’re even more pissed off because you don’t trust anyone to actually treat you because the last person didn’t fix it. Sounds like a fun time. You know what the other funny thing is? Most of the people feeling like they can’t trust someone like myself is probably also the person who is stretching their ‘tight hamstrings.’ Yeah ok brother, keep doing that.... I have treated over a thousand people at this point in my career. I’m happy to admit that I am not a specialist in lower limb (knee down), feet, hands, chronic Illness management, concussions or vertigo. Nor do I really deal with acute meniscus or ACL’s, shoulders. So if you have these ailments go somewhere else. I do however get great results with chronic back pain, sciatica, knee pain, shoulder pain, neck pain and headaches. I’ve always been so conscious of posting videos of old me because I haven’t been happy with technique. The more I learn though, the less I realise technique matters (within reason and context). Or are we just so anteriorly rotated and flared through the pelvis, we have to adjust foot position to into external rotation because of the relative femoral internal rotation due to aforementioned pelvic position?
