Uncertainty and stress is resonating in all of our lives to various degrees, given the current global health crisis, and we are all experiencing this together. No one is exempt. Although we don’t know exactly what the future holds, you do have an opportunity to take this stressful time one day at a time - doing what you can to keep yourself healthy, calm, and connected. ... To help you find a little peaceful moment each day, I am endeavouring to collate a series of audio lessons to help you through the stress of a strangely different world. Stay tuned. 10.01.2022 It is with deep joy and immense gratitude to all the beautiful souls I have worked with over many years, that I officially close the doors of my practice at the Movement Clinic Phuket...it has been a privilege to teach so many people to groove their move. 02.01.2022 So I’m sure you all have realised that the Movement Clinic, in recent times, has moved it’s homebase to Noosa, Queensland, in mighty Australia! It is with many nostalgic and grateful tears that my practice leaves the shores of Phuket, which I have enjoyed and made home since 1991. However, adaptability is my mantra, and with that in mind, I have every confidence that my new community will benefit from my Feldenkrais offerings. With work permit in hand, I very much look forward to a new chapter. And in this chapter I will be working towards a digital platform so I may continue to help the many loyal students I have amassed over the years.
