23.01.2022 A small 1 on 1 self passed circuit set up for one of our MS clients. This circuit has 4 stations - knee ext against gravity - sit to stands... - dead lifts with an 8kgs KB. - rest station. Between each station was a gateway with a step. Our client must walk over the step before starting the next station. Our goals are simple: To be able to walk independently, stand up from a seat and be able to climb a step. These are some of the most functional tasks that are required to maintain high QOL and independence.

20.01.2022 Sit to stands are a great functional exercise for those with weak leg strength who struggle to move around. We want to ensure correct technique is used especially if there is a weakness in leg strength as we often see knees knocking which can increase your chance of knee injuries. If you struggle performing sit to stands you can use your hands to help you push up out of the chair or grab a higher chair to make the exercise more achievable... Need help? We're here for you.
