22.01.2022 6 Weeks of Progress Challenge is here! Registrations are now open, limited spots. 15th Feb - 26th March 2021. Movement is excited to bring our challenge with a difference. Life is a series of habits, some good and some bad. This challenge is about creating more good habits that are supportive well beyond the challenge. Change. Habits. Progress. Included in you challenge is:... -Before and after Bio scan. -2 or 3 x group PT session, depending on your schedule. Monday, Tuesday 630pm and Saturday 915am. - Weekly support through; check ins- how are you travelling, motivational tips and emails, holistic mindset tips and advice, nutrition advice (group info session). -Goal setting in the gym and outside the gym. -External challenges. -Stretching and mobility support. -Basic food guides. -Mindset wellness survey to track your progression on the inside. -Celebrating successes along the way. -Closed Fb group. -Basic gym program. We will be there, with you, every step of the way. All for just over $40 per week (not including current membership). Upfront investment of $259 or weekly payment option available at $50 per week. 19.01.2022 Movember 5km walk. Thanks to Graeme, Paula and Kerry for making time to walk. We had great weather, great chats and great company. 20km to mark off our team goal of 60km. Movember is about all mens health and moving. Be sure to see reception to donate for the the month of November.

18.01.2022 New boxing class! Saturday 830am with Fred. 30minutes to hit it out. Boxing is great cardio for all fitness levels and you will get fitter and stronger. Bookings are via our Movement app. Inline with Covid we will be following strict guidelines. Gloves will be available for use, sanitised before and after each session but Movement encourages you to bring your own gloves to avoid sharing gloves. Inner gloves (white cotton ones) are MANDATORY. No inners, no boxing. Inners will... be available to buy from the club or you MUST have your own. We are excited, but have to keep you and our club covid safe.

18.01.2022 We are so excited to welcome Personal Trainer Jarrod Colwell to our Movement team. Jarrod has a strong sporting background and grew up, swimming playing cricket and rugby union. Jarrod brings lots of energy to the team and is always willing to have a chat and help out our members. He also holds certification in Strength and Conditioning and is really enjoying everything that Movement is. For any PT enquires, see reception or have a chat with Jarrod directly. 17.01.2022 A HABIT IS A BEHAVIOR THAT IS REPEATED SO IT BECOMES AUTOMATIC. How many times have you tried, but failed, didn't quite get there or self sabotaged? Weight loss, sleeping better, exercising more, waking up earlier, making time for kids or partner? ... We essentially aim for a goal and hope we get there. We rely on external factors, sometimes sheer determination and luck. But we don't get there, or fall short. Repeatedly. It becomes cyclic and seemingly never ending. What if you could change your view point and instead of going straight to the end point, we built a better road map to get there. 05.01.2022 Movement Health Club are about the people. The people that try, in what ever shape or form you can.1day at a time, towards a healthy happy version of you. 1 day a week or 6 days a week. Any which way. We all have obstacles. Some of you may know "Wheels" aka Lindsay King. Trains with PT Mitch 3 days a week, born with spina bifida. Training goals are to be stronger but also to support his mental health. No gym means the mind wanders. Wheels also ... pushes 5 kms x 2 a week. 02.01.2022 Meet the super bubbly, super friendly Tayah Cook. Tay works with our little friends in creche at both clubs and has been with Movement for 6 months. Tay loves being outside and is a very social person. She is a dancer and has been since she was 6. Dancing is her happy place.
