24.01.2022 Upcoming workshop @pilates360 Neck and Shoulder Release at the Neutral Bay studio Saturday 27th 1.00pm -2.30pm... I will be taking you through how to perform some self care techniques for common issues with neck and shoulders. You will the learn the how and when to do PNF stretches, trigger point work and nerve stretch and release. 11.01.2022 Aerial conditioning - how will this help you...? Exercises benefits in order shown: 1. Lengthens the back body, allowing greater range into flexion (pike position) and strengthens those hamstrings through their entire range... 2. Lengthens and strengthens those adductors for a wide straddle. Engages external hip rotators to pull leg apart into your straddle 3. Strengthens quads and glutes on standing leg. Lengthens hip flexor on back leg to allow greater range through a front split. 4. Strong core work to gain better compression. Ie. Pulling your legs to your chest into a straddle or pike. 07.01.2022 Just about to get stuck into @thecircusdoc awesome course to increase my knowledge of treating circus artists. Can not wait for the knowledge bombs to happen. Treating circus folk are my favourite, it's what I love doing too, so there's so much to get stuck into.



06.01.2022 Detoxing before Xmas! I must be mad haha. Following is a short run down of my why's and feelings so far. I have been feeling very unmotivated lately, stuck in a rut with food, lots of brain fog, sore eyes and generally feeling stiff and puffy. I needed to do something. A detox by the amazing people at @ph360hp attracted my attention. I have a one year old so I didn't worry about missing out on Xmas social events ha!... The detox is personalised by my #epigenetic profile so I could be confident is was the right thing for my body type. Day 1. Headache! And my gosh , so much fruit! Lots of peeing ha Day 2. Amazing night sleep, so much mental clarity and no plantar fascia pain Day 3. Body feeling good. Bit tired today. 2kgs lighter - all that water retention gone. No plantar fascia pain, no headache Let's see if I stick to the full 10 days!

04.01.2022 Here's a clip from my Neck and Shoulder workshop I held at @Pilates360 Neutral Bay this past weekend. I was teaching a median nerve slider, excellent for those sat typing for hours at a desk, good for climbers and aerialists pre/post training and those that suffer with carpal tunnel.
