Move New Mst is making the move to the @the_health_and_fitness_shed in Woolloongabba!! @xcentuatefitness is and will always be the birthplace of my dream; and it saddens my heart to have to make this leap without them. But the time is right to follow my passion of working with #crossfit athletes, amateur and professional #boxers, #yogis, and your average everyday human who just likes to #kickass.
