21.01.2022 Celia was the self proclaimed "inaugural client" to step foot into the new location this afternoon. She asked that we pose next to something that made her look healthy... I think we nailed it.

21.01.2022 Clients often get back from long holiday flights with all sorts of stiffness and aches and pains. After such a trip Lee booked in for an extra session off the cuff and we got to work getting her back on track. Always great to get such rewarding feedback

16.01.2022 When Kim Jean first came to me for help she was living with a body that was in pain and full protection mode from long hours in the office and multiple whiplash incidences dating back over the years. After building her confidence with foundational movements, putting in the time and allowing her body what it needs to strengthen, she has progressed to the point I can throw new things at her and she just adjusts accordingly and goes about her business with a smile on her dial. A nice little variety of movements involving TRX, Kettlebells, ViPR and Elastic bands...
