24.01.2022 Listening to the news recently and hearing that "it is important what you eat to help with alergies and asthma" and tonight that "iron deficiency can be combatted with an appropriate diet" makes me confident that we are finally being educated to improve our lifestyle and diet rather than taking tablets to ease the symptoms. 20.01.2022 It would be ignorant just wishing everybody a Merry Christmas and ignoring the exceptional circumstances impacting the 2020 Christmas Celebrations. I acknowledge that some of my closest friends and dear clients as well as millions of humans that I don't know personally are suffering deeply through loss or absence of their loved ones. I empathise with you and send you love and strength. - If this year has tought us one thing, it is that we can stay strong together, care a little more about each other, let go of the things we don't need and focus on the things we can change. 13.01.2022 I believe our current situation has shown us more than ever how important it is to invest in improving our immune system and overall health. It is the only thing we can control at the moment, the only thing that can bring certainty in these uncertain times. For many years I tried to find the diet that works for me, macros, micros, high protein, low carbs, paleo, etc. etc. I followed many trends; just like most people who want to commit to a healthier and happier version of ...themselves. You are planning to share with your community in the park and the weather is against you, not only once but multiple times. Even the most motivated coach is a human being and will experience this as a let down. What an uplifting experience it is to receive a message with pictures from a client, who you know is super tired due to her own life experiences but still puts the effort in to cook a delicious and healthy meal according to her health type for herself and her partner People who have accountability and discipline will always succeed in achieving their goals.
