24.01.2022 [OPPORTUNITY] Hey Devonport peeps, due to the nature of the world were living in, some people are unable to meet in person for treatments and clinical care. Also, lots of time spent sitting at a desk and hovering over computer screens has people feeling a little tight and jammed up, and then theyre hitting the road going for a run or doing at home exercise...leading to a lot of very preventable injuries and aches and pains.... Id like to fix that Over the next few weeks, Im doing a few instructional videos for self-care and at home management of aches and pains and Im looking for 2-3 people, who have HIP, KNEE, ANKLE, BACK, SHOULDER pains that occur after or during physical activity - and who would like to be treated on film in an instructional video in exchange for a discounted treatment fee. NOTE: - Must be ok with being on video - Must be ok with manual therapy - Must live in or around Devonport - Must be available Tuesday or Thursday between 0930-1430hrs - Must be ok wearing tights/leggings and tight fitting shirt (ideally no skin or very little shown) Time commitment = about 1hr Your investment = Only 66% of normal rate Leave a below if youd like more information

This helps to oxygenate the cells in the body and switch into a parasympathetic nervous state. If youd like to play at home...this is what you to do: . . Lay down or sit up straight. 11.01.2022 With many of you working from home and operating virtually, it is soooooo important to get GROUNDED everyday. Too much time on technology can wear you down - physically, emotionally and spiritually. Electromagnetic fields generated from phones, computers, TVs, etc can becoming dirty and destructive energy in your body when you are over-exposed. EMFs can literally BURN your system out. A simple way to combat this is to go outside and take off your shoes and place your bare feet on the ground. This is known as GROUNDING or EARTHING and helps to drain the EMFs from your body.

07.01.2022 Early morning sunrise walks with my gal has been just one of our blessings during COVID-19 (dont mind our messy bed hair & squinty eyes...lol!!). How you all doing with getting your steps in? If youre feeling overwhelmed with trying to get a workout session in with gyms shut, tis a-ok. I always recommend getting at least 10,000 steps a day - if youre achieving that, that is awesome. A workout on top of that is the cherry on the top :)
