20.01.2022 My life growing up in North Queensland. Life up north was always out doors and very active. This was me at my strongest and fittest before kids. I was 20 riding horses every day and competing. Fishing, The Great barrier reef and island hopping was our back yard. Jet skiing and skiing up at the dam on long weekends. Unfortunately this is not my reality anymore. When I moved to Melbourne in 2005 I struggled to adapt, as it is a complete opposite lifestyle. Cold and harder t...o get outdoors and move. So glad were now living on a farm after being in the city for 16 years. I put 30 kg on when I was pregnant with both of our kids ! I never tried to lose the weight quickly. I just did it by being active and I took a whole year to get back to my natural healthy weight! My Goals are to be healthy and strong, not just for me mentally but for my kids. Billy and I always wanted to be young and active parents. I know Im my happiest when Im my strongest. Looking back on Photos motivates me but I know Im not always going to be exactly like I was when I was 20. Im happy where I am at today. @movewithbillyslater #movewithslater
