03.02.2022 SQUATS #workinprogress After having my baby, my technique for these was absolutely horrid. My co-worker gave me a hand to get me back on the right track so I'm working back up to getting them spot on again. It is crazy how posture and alignment changes so much so now what its actually correct feels pretty unnatural still!

17.01.2022 Spring is just around the corner. My favourite season. No excuse not to get moving with that sunshine and warmer weather! Family gatherings/BBQ's are perfect for throwing in some fun games to get the whole crew involved or releasing your inner child on the playground. If you need some extra support to get your body moving, I'd love to help. Even with suggestions for family friendly games to try at your next event.

11.01.2022 Why I'm Here... When i first started training clients, I knew the 'type' of client i wanted to work with was the one that used to be me. The one intimidated by the gym, the scared one, but also the one who knew they needed to make a change. (When I started seeing a trainer at 25, I was in a high stress profession and used those horrid energy drinks and 3pm junk fixes to get me through the day). I found it hard to get word out there simply because my clients were also like me ...once again, not comfortable in being displayed to the social media world, which is absolutely fine! Fine because to me, moving needs to be part of your everyday life and something that becomes such a habit you dont even think about it. It's the part I want my clients to love. I once asked a long term client for a testimonial but she turned me down.. replying instead with "what you have done for me, for my quality of life, i simply could not put into words" And that made it so clear to me. I'm here to help you simply 'move' your body. So you can enjoy your life, family and friends.
