01.01.2022 Introducing Bridging In this video I have demonstrated the basic bridge. This is a great exercise for all fitness levels Bridging strengthens, stabilises and mobilises the whole body. It strengthens the posterior chain, which includes the glutes, hamstrings and spine erectors while also improving hip flexor length and hip extension. ... Bridging improves spinal articulation which will help to stabilise and mobilise the spine reducing the risk of injury and improving posture. It also activates the deep stabiliser muscles to help promote better body awareness and aids in relaxation.
