14.01.2022 Popcorn, Chocolate Chips & Coconut Flakes Ingredients: 1/4 cup Sunflower Oil 1/3 cup popping Popcorn Fine Sea Salt... 1 cup Toasted Coconut Flakes 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat the oven to 170C, placing a rack in the middle of the oven. Lay the coconut flakes on a metal paper lined tray and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the coconut has a light brown colour. Making sure they dont burn. 2. Heat the oil in a large, deep metal pot over high heat and add the popcorn. Make sure you have the pot lid and a large bowl ready. 3. Once the oil heats the popcorn will start to pop. Once this occurs cover the pot with the lid and agitate pan vigorously. Put the popped popcorn into the bowl and continue process to all the popcorn has popped. 4. While the popcorn is still hot grind sea salt to taste. Once it has cooled add the popcorn, coconut flake and chocolate together and serve. See more

Heat the canola oil in a medium heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. 2. While saucepan heats, line a baking pan with baking paper 3. Add popcorn to oil in saucepan, cover with lid and cook for approximately 2 minutes or until kernels begin to pop, shake pan frequently and continue cooking for another 2 minutes, shaking pan constantly. 4. When the popping slows down, remove pan from heat. Let stand 1 minute or until all popping stops. 5. The stir in the cashews. 6. Next, combine the sugar and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool the mixture for 1 minute. 7. Pour the hot syrup mixture over popcorn mixture; toss well to coat, then spread popcorn mixture out onto prepared baking tray pan. Cool 3 minutes. Then serve.
