14.01.2022 Lovely playful dance last Monday focusing on connection with self and others and the extra invites of claiming the space, connection through the "side-body" and a healthy focus on "not caring how it looks". As October has 5 Mondays, next dance is 3 weeks away on Monday 13th November. Put it in your diary! Only 3 dances to go until Xmas. Moving Soul is every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month, 7-9 pm at Ewingsdale hall.
