11.01.2022 Dancing friends, Tomorrow is Mothers Day and we WON’T be running a Sunday Sweat Online. Its only the second Sunday we’ve taken off in the last year! Then, the following week is the Sunday of the Transitions workshop so that means TWO Sunday’s without an online dance. A little break from the rhythm.... A reminder for those who like to dance at home - our Unexpected Waves classes are available on demand on 5Rhyths Livestream - so if you are in the routine of a weekly dance, try one of these.
