Current class at the Woy Woy Peninsula Community Centre, 93 McMasters Road, on fridays @ 12 from 12.15 to 1 pm. 5 class pass $75/$65 concession Casual class $18/$15 concession, deductible if you decide to continue.... 21.01.2022 A fun morning with Ageless Grace at the recent Watanobbi Seniors Festival. A lovely bunch of enthusiastic seniors who were a delight to instruct and dance with!

05.01.2022 Helloooo everyone! Since we don't have the pleasure of moving together as a group face to face at the moment, I have been investigating the best way to offer my classes to you you at a time when we are physically isolated. Physical isolation need not be social isolation. Ageless Grace can be practised in the comfort of your own home and your own favourite chair. You can practise alone or with family members who may be surprised at how many muscles you can move from a seated... position! I will be offering Ageless Grace classes on Zoom very soon and will post more information about session times here. Watch this space! Keep moving for Joy!

Casual Class $18 Special Offer If you would like to trial the program with a casual class and decide to continue for the 4 extra weeks, your casual class fee will be deducted from the five class pass rate, eg a balance of $57 or $47 Appropriate distancing and sanitizing measures have been put in place at the venue in accordance with current regulations to keep everyone safe and healthy Come and join us for an Ageless Grace Brain Health fitness and fun!
