13.01.2022 Jumping up and down in water - slows the motion down enough to tinker with the details (for me, finding push off through the outside toes of my left foot). You can build up a new pattern, hop on one leg, without the hazard of rolling an ankle then take it back onto land / into gravity....somehow being in the water gives you license to be more playful too
