Millie is a Yarrawonga local who completed her schooling years in Yarrawonga, being a previous school captain of Yarrawonga Secondary College in 2010. Millie then went off to University in Melbourne where she obtained a Double Degree in Sport Science, Health and Human Development and Sport and Recreation Management. During this Double Degree, Millie developed a passion for sports rehabilitation and went on... to study Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Albury, graduating in 2019. As a Physiotherapist Millie has a particular interest in lower limb injuries, women’s health and low back pain, as well as being passionate about all thing’s health and well-being and an advocate for a well-rounded and balanced life. Millie is an avid netballer who has played and coached locally for many years, as well as enjoying running, cycling and the early morning gym class.

07.01.2022 NORTH EAST LIFE STAGE 3 RESTRICTIONS OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS PANDEMIC North East Life provides Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation services that the government considers essential to the health of the community. We have been encouraged by the government to continue operating during the COVID-19 Virus Pandemic and this includes continuing to provide access to our clinical exercise studios. When attending an appointment in order to encourage social distancing and reduce the c...ontact with others we ask that you adhere to the following requests: Please come alone if possible, Please do not bring in children unless they are being seen by our physiotherapist Please have drivers or support persons wait outside. Wash your hands with hot, soapy water and use our hand sanitiser upon entering the practice. If you are experiencing cold/flu like symptoms, please do not attend the practice and notify us so we can reschedule your appointment If you have recently returned from an overseas trip or have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 please do not attend the practice until your isolation period has been completed. To ensure that we comply with current Department of Health rules during the Stage 3 Restrictions, we are limiting the number of people who can simultaneously access our clinical exercise and rehabilitation studios. Please ensure that you observe the Social Distancing rule of at least 1.5 metres distance from those around you. Additionally, please wipe down all surfaces you have contacted with the disinfectant solution provided when you finish using the equipment.
